INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1:

Select the document type(s) you are interested in by checking the box next to the document(s).

Step 2:

Enter a product model number OR select from the Collection and/or Configuration menus. To select multiple Collections or Configurations hold down the Control key. To deselect an item, hold down the Control key and click that item again.

Step 3:

Click Search

DOCUMENT TYPE DEFINITIONS

Parts Explosion -

Exploded parts diagram of a product detailing what parts, and part numbers, make up the product. These documents are helpful when you're looking to replace parts and/or when ordering new ones. Reference the part number you need from the document when ordering parts through Customer Service.

Specification Submittals -

Contains highlights of the product, code compliance information and general product related info such as family, finish, configuration and series. Includes other related models in that same series. This document is generally used when submitting job requests. Compliance documents can be found under Support & Training on the Trade site.

Installation Dimensions -

Contains key measurements relating to the product size as well as those needed for installation.

Instruction Sheets -

Also known as Owners Manuals, instruction sheets provide an overview of the entire product, what's included in the packaging and directions on installing the product.
