1910

Pfister introduces its first product – the garden faucet.

1930

 “Make a Shower” gives consumers the option of easily converting a bath to a shower.

1950

Pfister unveils its Crown Jewel Line, renowned for being easier to install, more functional and more durable than other faucets.

1960

The Flowmatic shower handle allows fingertip control of water temperature and volume.

1980

With the Pforever Seal™, Price Pfister becomes the first major manufacturer to convert to ceramic cartridge technology on all product lines, offering a lifetime guarantee against leaks and drips.

1988

All Price Pfister faucets comply with the nation’s first lead standard, NSF/ANSI Standard 61.

1997

The Pfilter Pfaucet redefines the entire water filter industry by integrating a filter into the spout of faucet and introduces The Pforever Warranty, covering finish and function for life. 

Pfister is the first major manufacturer to feature an interactive website.

1999

Another innovation, the TwistPfit®, is introduced. It offers a revolutionary fast and easy installation system for widespread lavatory faucets.

2000

With Eco-Pfriendly™, Price Pfister meets ISO 14001 and ISO 9002 certifications, assuring excellence in environmental performance.

2006

Price Pfister partners with Kwikset, the leading door hardware manufacturer, to introduce the Architecturally Inspired Collections™, making it easy to coordinate complete room looks.

2007

Trade exclusive Professional Grade is introduced, offering a complete line of kitchen and bath faucets and accessories crafted with the eco-friendly standards, quality, innovation, ease of installation and forward designs.

Price Pfister partners with the Environmental Protection Agency’s WaterSense Program to certify water-conserving faucets without sacrificing performance for users.

2008

Ashfield, Kenzo and Saxton lavatory faucets meet EPA WaterSense water-saving standards.

Price Pfister also introduces select lead-free faucets, including Avalon Eco-Pfriendly 4” Centerset lavatory faucet and Clairmont Eco-Pfriendly Pull-down kitchen faucet, once again at the forefront of compliance standards.

2009
